Federal and defense services
Engineers and technicians for federal programs.
We build and run networks, put technicians on site anywhere the mission is, support program offices, and deliver AI that works inside government rules.
NetAesthetics Federal Services is a United States company serving federal customers. Cleared a federal agency supply chain risk review covering foreign ownership, control, and influence. Established 2005.
Who we work with
Federal buyers, prime contractors, and engineers.
Buying a service
You are a contracting officer, a COR, a program manager, or a prime looking for a subcontractor. Start with what we do and how we staff it.
Looking for work
You are a network engineer, a field technician, or a systems engineer who wants real work on real programs. We hire for the field, not for the bench.
Assessing the company
You need the corporate structure, the leadership, the delivery record, and the security posture. All of it is published and none of it is gated.
What we deliver
Five capabilities. One accountable team.
Network engineering
Design, build, harden, and run the network. Routing and switching, wireless, transport, and the monitoring that keeps it visible.
Explore →Field technician services
Technicians who deploy to the site and stay. Installs, cutovers, break fix, and hands on support at locations worldwide.
Explore →SETA support
Systems engineering and technical assistance for program offices. Requirements, reviews, risk, and independent technical judgment.
Explore →AI implementation
AI that ships inside government rules. Use case selection, build, test, authority to operate support, and training for the staff who run it.
Explore →Cloud and technology partners
We are a partner with Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google. We migrate, modernize, and run workloads on all three.
Explore →Not sure which one you need
Most task orders cross two or three of these. Send us the scope and we will tell you plainly whether we are a fit or not.
Send us a scope →How we work
Four steps from scope to steady state.
We read the scope
We read the statement of work line by line and tell you where we are strong, where we are thin, and where we would team. You get that answer in writing.
We name the people
We map real people to the labor categories, with resumes you can put in a proposal. No names on paper that will not show up on day one.
We stand it up
Onboarding, badging, site access, tooling, and a written plan with dates. The first status report goes out in week one, not month one.
We run and report
Steady state delivery with metrics the government can audit. If something slips, you hear it from us first, with the fix already started.
Why teams pick us
Small enough to answer. Deep enough to deliver.
You get the people who do the work
On a small team the person you meet in the briefing is the person on the program. There is no handoff to a delivery arm you have never met, and no junior bench learning on your task order.
We take defined scope and own it
Give us a clear boundary and we will hold it. Primes use us for the piece they want off their risk register, and program offices use us for the work they need done right the first time.
We have been building since 2005
This company was established in 2005. Twenty years of building and running systems is why we can move fast on a new scope without guessing.
The engineering and the AI are the same team
Most firms bolt AI on from a separate practice. Our network engineers and our AI engineers work in the same shop, so the model gets built by people who understand the network it runs on.
Platforms we deliver on
Microsoft. Amazon Web Services. Google.
We hold partner relationships with all three major cloud providers and deliver on each of them. That means we can meet a program where its data already lives instead of pushing one platform because it is the only one we know.
Questions buyers ask first
We deliver five things for federal customers: network engineering, field technician services, SETA support for program offices, AI implementation, and cloud work on Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Google platforms. We work as a prime or as a subcontractor to a prime.
Yes. A large share of our work is on prime teams. We can join a bid team, take a defined scope on an existing contract, or staff a task order. Email us and you will have a capability statement and a short team sheet in writing within two business days.
Our field technicians deploy to the site and stay there for the length of the task. That includes remote sites and locations outside the United States. Travel, lodging, and site rules are agreed in writing before anyone deploys.
Use the briefing form on our contact page or email gov@netaesthetics.us. A briefing is a 30 minute call. We cover the scope you are trying to fill, how we would staff it, and what we would need from you to move.
NetAesthetics Federal Services and NetAesthetics LLC are separate companies under common ownership. netaesthetics.com covers commercial AI work for mid sized companies. NetAesthetics Federal Services covers federal and defense work.
Tell us what you need staffed.
Send the scope, the vehicle, and the timeline. We will tell you the same week whether we are a fit and who we would put on it.
