A clearance is only worth what it is being used for. Federal hiring moves fast once a program is awarded and slowly before it, so the people called first are the ones already on a list. This is that list, and it is open whether or not we are hiring today.
How it works

Tell us what you do, where you are, and whether you will deploy. When a program starts that matches, a person contacts you directly. Not a mass email, not an applicant portal.
Every occupation, every level
This is not an engineering list. Federal programs need facilities and maintenance staff, logistics people, schedulers, administrative support, instructors, analysts, technicians, and engineers, and every one of those roles can sit behind a clearance. If you hold one at any level, you belong here. If you hold none, you still do, because plenty of the work does not require one.
What we do not do
We do not send newsletters. We do not sell or share the list. We do not keep collecting resumes to look big in a proposal.

Before you submit
What we hold, and what to leave out.
This list is worth something to people other than us, so it is worth saying plainly how it is handled.
- What we collect
- Your name, email, clearance level, discipline, city and state, and whether you will deploy. Optionally a phone number, years of experience, a profile link, a resume file, and a note about what you want to work on. Nothing else.
- Never send us these
- Your Social Security number, your date of birth, any clearance or investigation number, investigation or adjudication dates, the agency that granted it, polygraph details, or the name of any classified program or contract. Not in the form and not in your resume. Submissions containing them are rejected rather than quietly stored, and we tell you what to remove.
- Why clearance level is enough
- Level alone tells us whether you can work a requirement. The full picture, level plus number plus dates plus granting agency, is what makes a record worth stealing. We do not want it, so we do not keep it.
- How it is stored
- Your name, email, phone, location, clearance level, discipline, notes, and the pointer to your resume file are encrypted before they are written to the database. Resume files are stored under a random identifier with no public address of any kind, and can only be retrieved through an authenticated request.
- Who can see it
- Named people at this company, signing in through a verified identity check. Every search, record view, file download, and export is written to an audit log with who did it and when.
- How long we keep it
- Twenty four months from your last activity, then it is deleted automatically along with any resume file. Submitting again resets the clock.
- Changing or deleting it
- You get a private link when you submit, shown on screen and sent by email where we can. It lets you see everything held about you and delete it outright, with no account and no login. You can also email gov@netaesthetics.us and we will do it.
Questions about the talent network
Your details go into the list we search first when a program starts. When something matches what you do and where you will work, a person contacts you directly.
