Who we are

Veracity Holdings, Inc., doing business as NetAesthetics Federal Services, 2001 L St NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036 operates netaesthetics.us. For questions about this policy, email gov@netaesthetics.us or call (202) 930-3766.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type into it. For a capability briefing request that is your name, work email, agency or company, role, the capability you need, and your message. For a job application or talent network signup that is your name, email, phone if you provide it, discipline, location, deployment preference, any resume link, and your message.

Information collected automatically

With your consent, our analytics tools record standard technical information: pages viewed, time on page, referring page, approximate location derived from your network address, browser and device type, and interactions such as clicks and scrolling. If you decline non essential cookies, this collection does not run.

Our hosting layer records standard server logs, including network address and request details, for security and reliability. These logs are necessary to operate the site and are kept for a short period.

What we do not collect here

Do not send classified, controlled, or otherwise sensitive government information through this website. This is a public marketing site and it is not an approved channel for that material. If you need to send something sensitive, email us first and we will agree an appropriate channel.

Why we use it

  • To answer you. Responding to a briefing request, teaming inquiry, application, or question.
  • To evaluate candidates. Reviewing applications and matching people to open and upcoming roles.
  • To improve the site. Understanding which pages help people find what they came for.
  • To keep the site secure. Detecting abuse, spam submissions, and attacks.
  • To meet legal obligations. Including record keeping required in connection with government contracting.

The legal basis

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for analytics and marketing technologies, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site and responding to business inquiries, and on the steps necessary to enter into a contract or employment relationship at your request.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed. These currently include our customer relationship management and forms provider, our website analytics providers, our hosting and content delivery provider, and our email provider.

We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights and safety of people and property. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

The talent network database

If you submit the talent network form or a general application, your details go into a separate database built for that purpose. This section describes it accurately. Nothing here is a protection we have not actually implemented.

What we collect. Required: your name, email address, clearance level, primary discipline, city and state, and whether you are willing to deploy. Optional: phone number, years of experience, a profile link, a resume file, and a short note about the work you want.

What we refuse to collect. We do not want, and will not store, a Social Security number, a date of birth, a clearance or investigation number, investigation or adjudication dates, the agency that granted a clearance, polygraph details, or the name of a classified program or contract. The form scans free text for these before accepting a submission and rejects it with an explanation rather than storing it. Clearance level on its own is what we need, and it is far less useful to an attacker than the full picture.

Why we hold it. To contact you when we have work that fits what you do and where you will work. We do not sell, rent, or share the list.

How it is protected. Your name, email, phone, location, clearance level, discipline, deployment answer, years of experience, profile link, notes, and the internal pointer to your resume file are encrypted with AES-GCM before being written to the database, using a key held only as a server side secret. Resume files are stored in private object storage under a random identifier with no relationship to your name and no public address of any kind. A copy of the database on its own does not reveal who is in it.

Who can reach it. Named people at this company, authenticated through an identity check before the request is served. Every search, record view, resume download, and export is written to an audit log recording who did it, when, and what was accessed.

How long we keep it. Twenty four months from your last activity. After that the record and any resume file are deleted automatically by a scheduled job. Submitting again resets the clock.

Your rights over it. When you submit, you receive a private link, shown on screen and sent by email where we are able to send one. It lets you see everything held about you and delete it outright, with no account and no login, and it expires after ninety days. You can also email gov@netaesthetics.us at any time to see, correct, or delete your record, and we will do it without asking why.

How long we keep it

  • Business inquiries. Up to three years from the last contact, so we can pick up the thread when a program comes back around.
  • Job applications and talent network entries. Up to two years, unless you ask us to remove you sooner.
  • Analytics data. Retained according to each provider's standard retention window, which we set to the shortest practical period.
  • Server logs. A short operational window for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a given purpose. You can withdraw consent for analytics at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national law, including the right to appeal a refusal and to complain to a regulator.

To exercise any of these, email gov@netaesthetics.us. We respond within thirty days. We will ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, to make sure we are not handing your information to someone else.

Security

We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it, use managed and encrypted company devices, and remove access when a person changes role or leaves. No system is perfect, so we also keep the amount we collect small on purpose.

Children

This site is for business and employment purposes and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

International transfers

We are a United States company and information submitted through this site is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information here.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be summarized here for at least thirty days.
