Why we ask before we track
This policy covers netaesthetics.us, operated by Veracity Holdings, Inc., doing business as NetAesthetics Federal Services, 2001 L St NW, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036. Federal buyers research vendors quietly, and they should be able to. That is why we ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary, and why declining does not degrade the site. Every page, form, and document works either way.
What we use
- Strictly necessary
- Records your cookie choice and protects forms from automated abuse. These run without consent because the site cannot work correctly without them.
- Analytics
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tell us which pages people read and where they get stuck. Clarity also records anonymized interaction sessions. Both run only with consent.
- Marketing and measurement
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag, which tells us whether professional audiences are reaching the site. Runs only with consent.
- Customer relationship
- HubSpot tracking, which connects a form submission to the pages that led to it so we can respond with context. Runs only with consent.
How to change your mind
Select Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you clear your browser data, we will ask again on your next visit because the record of your choice is itself stored in a cookie.
Do Not Track and global privacy signals
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decision to decline non essential cookies and we do not ask again.
Third party details
Each provider listed above sets its own cookies and processes data under its own terms. We have configured each to the shortest practical retention and we do not enable advertising personalization features.
