Technical Specialist, OCONUS Communications and Network Support
Hands-on communications and network support at an overseas government facility. Rotational schedule, straight time on every hour, business class travel outbound.

NetAesthetics is a Washington, DC based IT consulting and engineering firm supporting critical national security missions. We are a small business where you work directly with leadership, not through layers of management.
We are seeking Technical Specialists for full-time rotational assignments providing communications and network support at overseas government facilities. This is hands-on field work for people who are comfortable operating independently and far forward.

What you'll do
The work itself.
- Provide communications and network support at an overseas government facility
- Support the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of end-to-end systems through their operational life cycle
- Translate mission requirements into system requirements and coordinate with engineering counterparts
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures, and verify systems against requirements
- Support readiness reviews, testing milestones, and technical forums, and provide recommendations to the government project manager
- Identify and mitigate risk, and keep the customer informed
How the assignment works
- Rotational schedule, approximately 10 to 11 weeks forward followed by time home
- Up to 60-hour work weeks while deployed, with a multi-day on-site turnover with your relief
- Business class travel outbound, economy on return
- Defense Base Act coverage provided at company expense
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Lifestyle Polygraph (strict requirement, no exceptions)
- BS and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or MS and 2 to 6 years
- Hands-on communications and network experience in an operational environment
- Ability to work independently at a remote site with limited on-site support
- Valid US passport
Preferred qualifications
- Prior OCONUS or deployed experience
- Satellite, transport, or tactical communications background
- Security+ or equivalent (DoD 8570/8140 compliance)
- Prior experience supporting IC or DoD programs
